Foundation
Everything starts with a foundation that is flat and level. If the foundation is not level, meaning you have to work with spacers, you will create an opening under the frame through which water can penetrate.
Concrete
If you intend to make us of a concrete surface, it is important that this is as smooth as possible to prevent water passing underneath as much as possible. Porous concrete, joints, etc. will not result in an absolute seal.
Anchoring
Our sheds have been tested for wind resistance. However, it goes without saying that it is important to ensure the anchoring is done correctly. We supply standard anchor bolts suitable for a concrete surface.
Note! These foundation tips are only suggestions and are not to be construed as technical advice. The customer is solely responsible for the provision of an appropriate foundation. We cannot be held liable for any damage caused by the shed either not being anchored or being insufficiently anchored.
Insulation
You can choose to insulate your shed, depending on the type of items you want to store in it. The roof comes insulated as standard, but the outer walls are not. You can place flexible 8 cm thick rockwool between the profiles. You can then neatly finish the inside with a Telluria inner wall.
Electricity
Holes are provided at various places in the profiles for feeding electricity provisions through. You must put the electricity provisions in place before starting the construction.
Garage
An electrical cable with a length of +/- 1 meter is attached to the motor of the gate. The customer must provide the further connection himself.
Transport damage
Damage caused during transport (packaging) must be mentioned on the delivery documents (CMR). In case of damage, take pictures before unpacking.
Storage of the pallet
Store the delivered pallet (unassembled construction) in a dry place (under a roof), leave the protective cover intact and preferably install it within 2 weeks.
Unpack
All elements are properly packaged and checked twice on damages. Telluria NV is not responsible for damage caused during unpacking or assembly.

Assembly
You need to remove the metal flakes after assembling so they don’t rust.

Installation
Water drainage
The water drainage pipe is always located at the rear, right-hand side of the shed. If you opt for an extension to the left, the water drainage pipe is located at the rear on the right. If you opt for an extension to the right, the water drainage pipe is located in the middle of the construction.
The following applies to the larger models below (always for a front view):
- Garage 3654 : The water drain pipe is located as standard on the left-hand side at the rear (with standard roof slope from right to left).
- Garage 3663: 1 water drain pipe is located as standard on the left front and one on the left rear (with standard roof slope from right to left).
- DUO 2727 + DUO 3336: 1 water drain pipe is ALWAYS located at the back on the left and one ALWAYS at the back on the right.
- All combinations with Lounge XL : 1 water drain pipe is ALWAYS located at the rear, right-hand side of the shed and one ALWAYS at the rear, at the end of the Lounge XL.
Combination with an (open) lounge
It is not currently possible to choose where the extension will be placed during installation. Please tell us your preference when ordering because the connections are different. We are currently working hard to develop a more modular building system.
Concerning an extension, you can only choose an open lounge or a lounge. The lounge is only available with a back and side wall. It is therefore not possible to leave one of these walls open.

Door
The model type determines whether a single or double door is provided. You cannot choose this yourself. The door is always located at the front of the shed. It is not possible to place the door on the side.
Customisation
With type 3930, the window is always on the left and the door on the right. These can be swapped during installation. No additional materials are required for this. ATTENTION: this exchange is not possible if you choose the electricity option.
For the garage, the door and window are on the right side (in front view) as standard. They can both be placed on the left during installation. No additional materials are required for this. ATTENTION: this exchange is not possible if you choose the electricity option.
Guarantee
We provide a 20-year guarantee against rust on both our sheds and fencing.
