If you intend to make us of a concrete surface, it is important that this is as smooth as possible to prevent water passing underneath as much as possible. Porous concrete, joints, etc. will not result in an absolute seal.

Holes are provided at various places in the profiles for feeding electricity provisions through. You must put the electricity provisions in place before starting the construction.
An electrical cable with a length of +/- 1 meter is attached to the motor of the gate. The customer must provide the further connection himself.
The water drainage pipe is always located at the rear, right-hand side of the shed. If you opt for an extension to the left, the water drainage pipe is located at the rear on the right. If you opt for an extension to the right, the water drainage pipe is located in the middle of the construction.
The following applies to the larger models below (always for a front view):
With type 3930, the window is always on the left and the door on the right. These can be swapped during installation. No additional materials are required for this. ATTENTION: this exchange is not possible if you choose the electricity option.
For the garage, the door and window are on the right side (in front view) as standard. They can both be placed on the left during installation. No additional materials are required for this. ATTENTION: this exchange is not possible if you choose the electricity option.
